Last click hands the credit to the closer

The cheapest closer wins every time.

Brand search and retargeting take credit for demand something else created.

The sequence is invisible.

You can see that a channel converts. You cannot see what had to happen first.

So you cut the wrong thing.

The channel with no last-click conversions gets paused, and two weeks later the ones that did convert get worse.

The full sequence, per order

Every touchpoint is kept.

RedTrack displays clicks and events across channels and campaigns, in the order they happened. Up to ad level.

Paths are grouped so you can read them.

The common routes to purchase show up as patterns, not as a wall of individual journeys.

You can change the end point.

Set the conversion event to purchase, or to add to cart, and see the traffic flow that leads to it.

Frequently Asked Questions

Find answers to popular questions right here. Contact us if you have additional questions.

  • What is a conversion path report?

It shows every touchpoint an order passed through before the purchase, in the order they happened, rather than crediting one click.

  • How is it different from a customer journey report?

The path view shows the route to a single conversion. The journey view shows how a customer interacted with the brand over time. Both read from the same data.

  • Can I use add to cart as the conversion event instead of purchase?

Yes, and you can switch back without rebuilding anything.

  • Does this need a separate tool?

No, it is part of the Brand plan and uses the same tracking you already installed and runs on the same data.
