Most tools built for Shopify, so the rest goes untracked
One platform gets a real app.
Everything else gets a documentation page.
Subscriptions and second stores fall out.
Recurring orders and a WooCommerce side store never make it into the same report.
Setup turns into a project.
What was sold as a five-minute install becomes a data-layer ticket that sits in someone’s queue.
RedTrack builds native apps
Install the app for your platform.
Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Adobe Commerce, PrestaShop, CartPanda, Checkout Champ and Recharge each have their own private app.
Connect your ad accounts.
Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat and native, read access first.
Confirm it is working.
Place a test order and watch it appear with the source attached. That is the checkpoint. If the order shows with its channel, the setup is done.
Works with what you already run

Frequently Asked Questions
Find answers to popular questions right here. Contact us if you have additional questions.
Does RedTrack work with WooCommerce?
Yes, with a native app, the same as Shopify. It is not a workaround.
Can I track more than one store on one account?
Yes. 3 stores are included on Brand, additional stores are $29/mo each.
Do I need a developer?
Not for standard setups on a supported platform. Custom stacks with unusual checkouts may need one.
Does it track subscription and repeat orders?
Yes, including Recharge.
What if my store is on a platform you do not list?
Use the API or server-to-server integration, or send events through GTM. Ask us too. Maybe we have not updated the site :)
